We are seeking a dynamic and organized Program Producer to plan, coordinate, and execute high- quality programs and content productions. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end production, ensure smooth operations, and maintain excellent communication across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop program concepts, scripts, schedules, and production plans.
• Coordinate with creative, technical, and admin teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage logistics, rehearsals, equipment, and on-ground operational needs.
• Oversee program delivery, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely completion.
• Handle vendor coordination, budgeting support, and production documentation.
• Prepare post-production reports and propose improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communication, Event Management, or related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in program or event production.
• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
